BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Berks County, PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

• One year experience working with Intellectual and Development Disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to transport clients to and from appointments, errands or community outings
• Ability to travel to and from clients within the community

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany/Drive clients to and from appointments, errands or social outings
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities and social outings

Compensation & Schedule:

• $17.50-$18/hr
• weekly pay
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities near your home)
• Mileage reimbursement
• Consistent 1:1 clients
