Job Description

Our client, a leading independent metal fabrication company, is seeking a 2nd Shift Robotic Welder to join their team. As a Robotic Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and a desire to learn new skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Robotic Welder

Location: Germantown, WI

Pay Range: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Operate manual and robotic welding equipment to meet production specifications.
• Read shop orders and engineering drawings to determine specifications and accurately complete all required functions.
• Safely apply welds per specifications to produce completed products.
• Measure dimensions of metal work pieces to ensure conformance using various measuring tools.
• Perform quality checks and document information in written or electronic form.

What's Needed?

• Experience running a Panasonic TA series MIG welding robot.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to quality and accuracy of work performed.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change.
