Addiction Medicine Physician at Accountable Healthcare Staffing summary:

A BE/BC Addiction Medicine fellowship-trained physician provides outpatient addiction treatment at a community recovery center affiliated with a top-ranked hospital in Central Illinois. The role involves designing individualized treatment plans, including medication-assisted therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Opportunities include teaching residents, conducting academic research, and engaging in inpatient care if desired.

• Under 2.5 hours to Chicago, 1.5 hours to Springfield. Easy commute to western Indiana.

• Outpatient Position within a community addiction recovery center, inpatient opportunities available if desired
  
• Established practice, which is an extension of the health systems dynamic Behavioral Health Department, includes physicians, nurse practitioners, addiction counselors, therapists, nursing and case managers
• Designs treatment for varying levels of intensity including drug and alcohol education, substance abuse, and addiction.
• MAT when indicated
• Opportunity to teach residents through the system's fully-accredited Psychiatry, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine residency programs
• Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the nation s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering
