MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS NEEDED – $21-22/hr | WEEKLY PAY | GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic tools required – power tools a plus!
• Reliable transportation + can lift 40–50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications :

• 1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience
• CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification (a PLUS, not required)
• Familiarity with work orders and unit turns
