Entry-Level Assembler - 1st & 2nd Shift Location: Mann+Hummel | Louisa, VA
Department: Production - Assembly
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Thursday (4-day workweek!)
Shift Options - 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Reports to: Carin Mahaney - 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM
Reports to: Tony Banks

Job Summary Mann+Hummel is seeking
reliable, motivated, hands-on individuals to join our production team as
Entry-Level Assemblers . In this role, you will assemble air filters according to established specifications and quality standards.
No prior experience required - we provide full training for the right candidates!
Key Responsibilities - Assemble air filters following work instructions and production standards
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training available)
- Basic math and reading skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
