In this role, you'll be the vital link between our valued clients and our operations, ensuring seamless product delivery and exceptional service. As an Associate Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop expertise in pharmaceutical logistics, international trade, and supply chain management while working with a collaborative team dedicated to excellence. What You'll Do Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service • Provide expert product information, pricing guidance, and customized solutions • Identify opportunities to expand services and add value for existing clients Order Management & Coordination • Manage the complete order lifecycle from initial inquiry through delivery • Prepare accurate quotes and confirm orders with precision and efficiency • Create and maintain detailed sales orders ensuring all information is accurate and current Logistics & Compliance • Coordinate with premium carriers (World Courier, FedEx, airlines) to ensure timely delivery • Prepare comprehensive shipping documentation including export declarations, airway bills, packing lists, and commercial invoices • Oversee cold chain logistics processes, ensuring proper handling of temperature-sensitive products • Conduct quality control checks prior to shipping to maintain our high standards Specialty Operations • Handle receiving, processing, and shipping of specialty pharmaceutical products • Maintain meticulous documentation for regulatory compliance and traceability • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide thorough follow-up What We're Looking For Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or account management experience • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills Key Competencies • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and prioritize effectively • Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Expert time management and multitasking skills • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities Professional Attributes • Pleasant, professional demeanor with cooperative team spirit • High degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential information • Reliable, motivated, and resourceful with a proactive approach • Adaptable and resilient in navigating changing circumstances • Collaborative mindset with willingness to support team success What We Offer We believe in taking care of our team.
