Staffing Network is looking for a line assembler for our client in Newark, CA.

Job Summary

Must be available to work 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and on weekends.

Tesla is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Auto Parts Assembler to join our high-performance manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling automotive components with precision and care, ensuring each part meets Tesla’s quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
2. Assemble components such as doors, chassis, battery packs, and interior modules.
3. Use hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery to fit and secure parts.
4. Inspect assembled parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
5. Perform basic maintenance on assembly equipment.
6. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
7. Report production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
8. Record production data and maintain accurate logs.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in automotive or manufacturing assembly preferred.
2. Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and blueprints.
3. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
5. Must be available to work weekends and 12-hour shifts.
