Responsibilities & Duties

• Greet customers and assist them in finding the right auto parts to meet their needs.
• Process customer orders and provide pricing information.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and management.
• Keep the sales floor and stock room organized and clean.
• Regularly update the customer database with new customer information and purchases.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience working in an auto parts store or related automotive field
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Familiarity with automotive systems and components
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and schematics
• Basic computer skills for inventory management
• A passion for automotive industry and products
• Previous experience with inventory control systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
