Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Melbourne, FL (Travel Required in Brevard County) | Full-Time

Settings include in home, in school and in center.

What Youll Do:

• Conduct assessments (Vineland III, PDDBI, FAST, etc.) and develop treatment plans
• Create individualized programs and teaching plans in Central Reach
• Provide supervision and on-the-job training to RBTs and ABA therapists
• Supervise BCBA students (direct and indirect hour opportunities)
• Write curriculum, BIPs, and support RBT training
• Collaborate with parents and schools to support generalization
• Analyze data, monitor progress, and update goals and objectives
• Travel throughout Brevard County
• Provide direct services as needed

Job Requirements:

• Masters degree in ABA or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Experience creating behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
• Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of BACB ethics, policies, and clinical best practices
• Willingness and ability to work with all skill levels
• Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Able to sit, kneel, squat, or stand for 30+ minutes
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with children and teens
