Job Description

Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducting requirements gathering and defining scope and objectives for work efforts integrating with business processes/data and IT infrastructure.

Request is for mid/senior-level Business Analyst, preferably with healthcare/IT industry experience.

Location: local to Meridian preferred (hybrid, with 3 days in office, 2 work from home). Remote considered for non-local candidates.

Bill rate should reflect level of experience, please.

Experience: 5/+ years as Analyst, or related business analyst experience
Education: Bachelor Degree in Technical Discipline or related field of study; or equivalent work experience (Two years relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

Level Specific Responsibilities:
Leads cross-functional project teams
Represents department on committees and has decision authority

Accountability/Complexity:
Works independently under limited supervision
May manage projects requiring the responsibility of delegating work and reviewing resulting work product
May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area
