Kitchen Tune-Up of Greater Pittsburgh East has an exciting opportunity for someone with cabinet installation experience to become an emerging leader of our start-up franchise by providing hands-on leadership in kitchen remodeling projects in homes across our community. We are looking for an individual who exemplifies the three Cs of our business Craftsmanship, Customer Service, and Communication. We are further looking for someone to grow with our team and help create an amazing work culture.
This position is a
full-time role. We will provide training for the range of work we do.
We Need - Experience: We are looking for someone with experience in the kitchen cabinet industry or remodeling kitchens. Cabinet refacing experience is a plus.
- Driving: We need someone with a clean driving record. Driving to customer locations is a critical part of the job.
- Attention to Detail: Delighting customers is part of our mission and this requires strict attention to detail on work performed.
- Sponsorship: Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
We Want - Leadership Interest: As a start-up, we are looking for someone to grow with us and take on leadership responsibilities as we grow.
- Personable: Working on-site at our customers homes, we are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with other team members, sub-contractors, and customers.
