What We Need: Katz Digital is seeking a Campaign Success Analyst to join their team in New York. What You’ll Do: Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data as it is entered into our billing user interface. Prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner. Develop a working knowledge of all digital assets. Work collaboratively with other team members, agency partners, and outside vendors. Monitor and report on media asset performance while managing related operational processes. Participate in media/campaign strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions as requested. What You’ll Need: Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Technical aptitude with knowledge of Salesforce, Wrike and Veritone a plus. Ability to quickly learn new systems. Superior internal customer service standards and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Can manage multiple projects simultaneously. A great attitude, flexibility and creativity. Understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales. Bi‑lingual is a plus. Education: 2+ years’ experience in a similar multi‑channel media role. 4‑year college degree preferred. Problem‑solving skills within established procedures. Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen problems. Close attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation: Salary to be determined by relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and alignment with market data. Range: $21.98 – $27.48 per hour.
