About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their mission of enhancing well-being through the power of mushrooms. The successful candidate will work closely with the executive team, driving key projects and business priorities from ideation to execution. This role involves assisting in the continuous and effective prioritization of the COO/CFO's responsibilities, attending and managing meetings, and ensuring cross-departmental alignment with organizational objectives. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for strategic decision-making, process evaluation, and serving as a communication liaison between various levels of the organization. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a strong understanding of financial principles, general knowledge of the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, and experience in leading strategic initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to balance empathy with driving towards business goals, and proficiency in various tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Airtable, and Notion.
