Superintendent to join our growing team and help us continue setting the standard for excellence in the field.
Job Description Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations and site activities for heavy civil construction projects (e.g., utilities, roadwork, bridges, sitework).
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labor crews.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality control standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
- Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and site logistics plans.
- Troubleshoot field issues and implement practical solutions in real time.
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.

The Successful Applicant Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role.
- Proven track record overseeing large-scale sitework, utility, or roadway projects.
- In-depth knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction documents.
- Proficient in field management software, scheduling tools, and reporting systems.
- OSHA 30 certification required; other relevant safety credentials preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
