Job Description
Requirements:
- Must OWN your own reliable vehicle that is in good condition for daily use
- Must have a valid Drivers license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Positive attitude, great attention to detail, and be reliable
- Cleaning experience PREFERRED but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates
- Weekend availability required. We are open 7 days a week from 9AM to 6PM
- Must be fluent in English
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to attend to the physical demands of the job including but not limited to bending, kneeling, stretching, twisting, reaching, standing for prolonged periods and be able to independently lift up to 50lbs without assistance for the duration of a shift
- Keep buildings, homes and other areas in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy and light cleaning duties as assigned
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Show proficiency in organization skills
- Maintain and keep in good and clean condition all equipment
- Must be able to work independently or with a team in a positive manner. Must be able to adapt to new situations and problem solve quickly and independently and communicate effectively

- Must take pride in your own work and be willing to take on tasks as required by management as needed
- Must be willing to travel to multiple locations per day throughout eastern CT and western RI in your own vehicle with a provided gas stipend and some maintenance stipend.
