Job Description

Responsibilities : Responsible for assisting the front desk staff with clerical responsibilities, including answering phones, scanning, assisting with routine paperwork, patient check in, co-pay collection, and contacting patients regarding same day or short-term changes to their schedule and contacting new patients to confirm treatment sessions. Other responsibilities include scheduling transportation for patients. May assist therapy staff with maintaining the physical environment and equipment, compilation of daily statistics, maintaining inventory of supplies, and patient treatments.

Requirements: Must be able to function in a high-paced environment and be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. High School Diploma and 1-2 years' college required; prefer previous patient care experience. Must be able to work up to 5 weekends in the year. Epic experience is preferred. Must be able to work some occasional weekends as needed.


Work Schedule: Monday/Thursday- 9:00am-5:00pm, Tuesday/Wednesday- 11:00am-7:00pm, Friday- 8:30am-4:30pm
