The Configuration Associate is responsible for connecting customers with their payers and patients on athenaNet in order to improve customer value and athena operational efficiency. The Configuration Associate works closely with customers of all sizes, specialties, and business structures to analyze and assess customer specific requirements, evaluate and recommend set up parameters in athenaNet, and provide training and guidance to enable success.
The Configuration Associate partners with internal teams in Technology Enabled Services and Customer Success throughout the implementation process to manage expectations and influence customers and internal teams to action while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. The Configuration Associate is a critical thinker who demonstrates a strong command of athenaNet and industry knowledge in order to develop solutions that address customer needs while balancing proven best practices.

Expected Compensation
$54,000 - $92,000The base salary range shown reflects the full range for this role from minimum to maximum. At athenahealth, base pay depends on multiple factors, including job-related experience, relevant knowledge and skills, how your qualifications compare to others in similar roles, and geographical market rates. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package - depending on role eligibility, we offer both short and long-term incentives by way of an annual discretionary bonus plan, variable compensation plan, and equity plans.
