LHH is partnering with a leading Dallas-based construction firm that specializes in high-end multifamily projects. With multiple podium-style developments underway, this is an exciting opportunity to join a team that values quality, collaboration, and innovation. If you have experience in Class A multifamily and podium construction, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do - Manage material deliveries and inventory records for lumber, wood trusses, and other key materials.
- Coordinate subcontractors and assist the lead superintendent with overall job site workflow.
- Communicate effectively with superintendents, governing authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate daily logs , including photos and descriptions of work in progress.
- Ensure quality compliance and enforce company standards throughout all stages of the project.
What We're Looking For - Multifamily Construction Experience: Completed several Class A multifamily projects as a Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
- Podium Construction Expertise: Ideally, you've delivered multiple podium-style projects of similar size and complexity.
- Strong understanding of construction management fundamentals , project processes, and trade scopes.
- Ability to read and interpret project documents and apply best practices to ensure successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Location: Must reside near Frisco, TX (recent local experience is a plus).
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
