Contract Sprinkler Project Manager Spokane Valley, WA The Project Manager is responsible for managing fire sprinkler installation projects in commercial, educational, residential, and industrial facilities. The PM oversees and communicates project progression from inception to completion, including design, permits, material delivery, labor schedules, and field installation. Develops a comprehensive project plan to meet schedules and budgets. Conducts weekly Work in Progress (Minutes) meetings. Understands and follows all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications. Ensures AHJ requirements and office procedures are followed. Maintains professionalism, fairness, and concern for customers, labor, and management. Coordinates change orders and drives toward overall margin improvement on every job. Essential Functions: Ability to read and understand fire protection and system drawings Perform onsite survey and design coordination Establish and maintain communication with customers and other contractors regarding work schedules, progress reports, change orders, etc. Work closely with sales and design staff on project specifications, staff needs, and change orders Manage project purchase orders, change orders, weekly Minutes meetings, and monthly Cost-to-Complete meetings Demonstrate leadership skills, including effective communication, addressing personnel issues, and making fair decisions related to project demands, customer service, and employee assignments Perform work efficiently and organized, maintaining thorough record-keeping skills Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing conditions to meet contract schedules Manage project budgets; identify budget changes throughout the project lifecycle Submit change orders, make WIP adjustments, and review billing to ensure financial health of projects Be familiar with Microsoft Office, Procore, and other project management software Preferably have 5 years of previous trade experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Cosco Fire Protection
