You will partner closely with HR colleagues and other business areas to bring the right resources and expertise to bear. Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic objectives into people requirements. Collaborate with HR colleagues to execute people initiatives and assess progress toward desired results. Analyze and report HR data to proactively identify and address trends and issues. Manage HR programs and processes (compensation, performance management, talent reviews, etc.) to ensure desired objectives and outcomes are achieved. Coaching and advising leaders on key people matters including team and individual development, organizational design, etc. Work with managers and individual contributors to help ensure they are performing at their fullest potential. Leverage expertise from the HR centers of excellence—Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards & Analytics, and Employee Relations—to provide input on continued process improvement. Steward Two Sigma’s culture and help the company engage and retain our talent. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience required; prefer 10+ years of experience within HR. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner. Previous experience working in a fast‑moving, high‑growth organization. Build and maintain relations with senior executives. Influence across multiple organizational layers. Problem‑solving creatively with proficiency in data analytics. Pivot between strategy and tactical execution and comfortably navigate ambiguous or "gray" areas. Collaborate effectively across the team. Drive results using a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach. Demonstrate excellent judgment and integrity in sensitive situations. Communicate clearly and concisely—both orally and in writing. Compensation The base pay for this role will be between $150,000 and $250,000. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience.
