BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team in Lancaster County, PA and surrounding areas. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We are PART-TIME and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout the homes and communities of clients near you.

Qualifications for Our Support Professionals:

• One year experience working with Intellectual and Development Disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to provide transportation for clients to and from appointments, errands or community outings
• Ability to travel to and from clients within the community

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Drive/Accompany clients to and from appointments, errands or social outings
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities and social outings

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
