Overview Join to apply for the Digital Enablement Manager role at KPMG US . KPMG is seeking a Digital Enablement Manager to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity. Responsibilities Oversee Digital Enablement activities, with a focus on AI programs, defining, developing and executing all resources required to support enablement of the Digital capability for the target audience; coordinate with technical, risk, legal, and security leads; fully understand the digital capability being enabled. Execute and monitor the program communications plan to drive adoption; prepare communications materials and campaigns per review/approval process and deadlines; ensure timely distribution via approved channels and align with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with KPMG and Digital Nexus brand guidelines; maintain Organizational Change Management (OCM) content repository; design and implement learning strategies to enhance digital literacy and adoption (training sessions, workshops, educational materials). Engage with key stakeholders to understand needs and ensure active participation in the transformation process; build relationships with project stakeholders and corporate communications to align messaging and processes. Create and implement adoption strategies to ensure successful uptake of new technology tools and processes; conduct change impact and readiness assessments, develop adoption plans, and monitor effectiveness. Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of digital enablement initiatives; use data-driven insights to improve strategies and outcomes. Qualifications Minimum five years of recent experience in leading strategic digital enablement and change management projects, with preference for AI-related projects. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred. Full fluency in both English and Spanish; exceptional written, verbal, presentation and editorial skills with attention to detail; ability to think creatively. Experience in marketing and/or communications for technology products/OCM teams; understanding of technical capability or willingness to test and learn. Experience with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects; capable of participating in resource planning. Ability to interact with individuals at all levels; able to prioritize, delegate and foster high-performance teams; travel may be required.
