Director of Pelvic Health – Physical Therapist
Motive Sports and Physical Therapy – Berwyn, PA

Motive Sports and Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Director of Pelvic Health to lead the launch and growth of our new pelvic health physical therapy program in our brand-new clinic in beautiful Berwyn, Chester County, PA , just outside Philadelphia.

This is a unique opportunity to build a specialty program from the ground up within an established and respected orthopedic physical therapy practice. We are looking for a leader who is clinically excellent, business-minded, and excited to make pelvic health a market differentiator and value-add to our suite of specialty services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care for pelvic health conditions in the outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement a scalable pelvic health program.
• Generate patient leads through community outreach, physician networking, and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate pelvic health into our broader clinical and operational strategy.
• Mentor and train future pelvic health providers as the program grows.
• Track outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience treating pelvic health disorders.
• Specialty certification in pelvic health physical therapy (e.g., CAPP-Pelvic, PRPC, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of outpatient orthopedic and pelvic health care models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate and grow a new service line.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with program development or leadership in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Marketing or community engagement experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
