Entry-Level (L1) IT Support Technician (Hybrid – Nassau/Long Island, NY)

TechRunner IT is looking for an entry-level IT Support Technician who’s motivated to learn, good with people, and excited to grow with us.

What you’ll do:

• Support desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, and networks for local businesses

• Provide both remote and onsite support (every day is different)

• Work directly with business owners, nonprofit organizations and generally great people (our clients)

• Document and share your work so the whole team succeeds

• Learn new skills and jump in wherever needed

What you’ll need:

• Must live on Long Island (central Nassau preferred)

• Reliable personal vehicle for client visits (mileage reimbursed)

• A private, dedicated space for remote workdays

• 0–2 years of IT support experience (self-taught counts)

• Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people through technology

• Desire to grow with a company, not just clock in and out
