About the Role:

The Event Manager owns the full event lifecycle—planning, execution, and post-event follow-up. This role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact, integrated event experiences that drive pipeline growth, elevate brand presence, and engage key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives on orchestrating complex experiences, managing internal and external partners, and acting as a face of the brand at events. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of customer engagement. It is not just about logistics—it’s about building a memorable and measurable customer journey through every event touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the full event lifecycle including strategy, planning, execution, and follow-up for trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events.

Design and manage holistic event experiences that integrate branding, messaging, speaker engagement, booth interactions, companion events, and digital touchpoints.

Act as the on-site lead and brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless customer journey and professional presence throughout each event.

Coordinate all logistics including vendor selection, shipping, booth design, and staff travel in alignment with budget and goals.

Partner with the Demand Generation and Social Media teams to create integrated pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns.

Work closely with PR and Content to arrange media coverage, secure interviews, and align messaging with brand and campaign goals.

Oversee speaker logistics and preparation including panel management, talking points, and presentation readiness.

Collaborate with Multimedia Designer for event creative, digital displays, print assets, and video coverage.

Track and analyze event performance, lead capture, attendee engagement, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across all event-related materials and activations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required. MBA, MHA and/or experience in healthcare operations is preferred.

Detailed knowledge of clinical, operational and financial models and comfort with articulating service value is desired.

5+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in a B2B, healthcare industry setting.

Proven experience designing and executing customer-centric event strategies.

Proven experience launching and managing new clinical services, solutions, support for a healthcare/telehealth company.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong executive presence.

Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional event teams.

Familiarity with event technology platforms, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.

Available to travel for events and manage onsite logistics, goals and customer experience.
