Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for an FNP who values autonomy, high-quality care, and being part of a collaborative, growth-oriented clinic.

You’ll have the opportunity to practice full-scope family medicine while being supported by experienced staff and leadership that truly values providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and urgent care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and manage treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate
• Document accurately and efficiently in the EHR
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and support staff
• Educate patients on preventive care and wellness
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulations

Qualifications

• Current Missouri FNP license
• National FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain) preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and bedside manner
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Primary care or urgent care experience preferred (new grads always welcome!)

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
