Performance Fitness Coach Orangetheory Fitness Robbinsville
Pay: $40-50k; 40 hours per week (based on attendance)
Schedule: full-time, includes mornings/evenings/weekends

• Correct form with precision and care elevating performance.

• Step into the spotlight: appear in studio content, highlight events, and extend your coaching presence online.
• Work with fellow coaches and leadership to create a culture members cant stop talking about.
• Take pride in keeping the studio spotless, polished, and ready for the next class.

• Your classes are in demand because of your energy, presence, and coaching style.
• Members talk about you outside the studio youre their coach .
• Your presence in studio content builds recognition and amplifies community.
• You feel valued: through recognition, culture, and pay that reflects the impact of full classes.

• Current Personal Training certification + CPR/AED required.
• Group training or personal training experience.
• A commanding stage presence confident on the mic and comfortable on camera.
• Outgoing, empathetic, and able to balance energy with precision.
• Passion for fitness, leadership, and community.
