Position Title: General Labor

Wage: $20/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

We’re hiring General Laborers for a company in East Troy, WI. They are currently looking to add one to two solid and reliable team members to their amazing crew of precasters. Learn the skills of becoming a concrete precaster and join a trade and career you can be proud of. These are an associate to hire opportunities.

General Labor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strip and clean concrete forms and products
- Prepare forms for casting
- Mix, test, and pour concrete
- Operate machinery including forklift and mixer
- Ability to perform basic carpentry/construction skills on regular basis
- Facility maintenance and housekeeping
- Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

General Labor Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Manufacturing or construction experience preferred
- Mechanical skills are a plus
- Knowledge of basic math and understanding of measurements a plus
- Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to lift up to 150 pounds periodically throughout the day with team assistance
