With minimum supervision, the Hot Work Coordinator should be able to provide Fire prevention guidance and support to the workforce, while ensuring that the Company maintains compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local regulations.
Typically has a High School Diploma and at least two (2) years of experience performing environmental health and safety (EHS), or fire prevention inspections duties. Desired experience in hot work.

With minimum supervision, Hot Work Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all hot work policies and practices are followed. This position assists with implementing, monitoring and reviewing the protective and preventative measures that companies are required or choose to follow, and work to prevent fires. Carrying out daily hot work surveillances to check that policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
Pay Range: $22.78 - $29.89 per hour

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity. At NASSCO Bremerton we anticipate making salary offers between the minimum and midpoint of salary range. Offers will be based on experience, abilities, and knowledge similar to the NASSCO Job being applied for NASSCO employees performing similar work.
