Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment construction and sewing, with a strong understanding of sewing machines and manufacturing processes. This role is essential to ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line.

Sewing Machine Operator Pay:

• 1st - $15.45
• 3rd - $16.45

Sewing Machine Operator Hours:

• 1st - 6:00am-2:00pm
• 3rd - 3:00pm-1:00am

Duties

• Operate and maintain various types of sewing machines to produce high-quality garments.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any production challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and performing minor repairs as needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in garment construction, sewing, or related manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with different types of sewing machines and their operation.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, contributing to a well-rounded understanding of the production process.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
