*Information Security Compliance Analyst – Government & Regulatory Focus*
*Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid after onboarding)*
*Department: Information Security – Governance, Risk & Compliance*
We’re looking for an Information Security Compliance Analyst to join a major airline’s Information Security Compliance team. This role focuses on IT compliance and regulatory requirements related to U.S. Government contractors and the Defense Industrial Base. You’ll play a key part in supporting Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives and driving special projects while navigating multiple priorities.
*What You’ll Do*
* Ensure IT systems meet U.S. Government cybersecurity standards
* Work with compliance frameworks like NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-53
* Develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs)
* Research and interpret new regulatory requirements for leadership
* Draft and refine security policies and procedures
* Gather and review evidence for audits and assessments
* Help implement and manage enterprise-level security controls
* Collaborate with teams across information security, network architecture, and cloud environments
*What We’re Looking For*
* Experience with U.S. Government IT compliance
* Deep knowledge of NIST cybersecurity frameworks
* Strong skills in policy writing, security controls, and compliance documentation
* Ability to work independently and clearly communicate findings to all levels
* Solid technical understanding of IT domains (security, networks, cloud)
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Familiarity with TSA Joint EA 23-01
* Practical audit and control testing experience
* Background in the aviation industry
*Desired Certifications*
* Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
* Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
* Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
