\n Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $27/hour
\n Shift: position will require schedule flexibility including on call and weekends
\n Location: Sunnyvale, CA

\n What’s a typical day as Inventory Management Specialist ? You’ll be:
\n-Manage order fulfillment of exception-based orders coming from the field sales teams including close connection with Courier Service, receiving parties and internal clients
\n-Proactively solve backorders from our central Distribution Center in partnership with the field sales team to determine which ones need to be fulfilled by the Field Sales Location
\n-Manage warehouse inventory via close coordination with our central DC
\n-Perform in bound product verification and put away process for inventory products including, but not limited to the following: scanning inventory, completing inventory transfers in SAP, etc.
\n-Train and follow standard operation and quality procedures and work instructions
\n-Performing cycle count and inventory reconciliation activities
\n-Assists in regular inventory inspections and performs safety and quality audits
\n-Adherence to training requirements, and health and safety regulations
\n-Wear protective clothing and equipment as required
\n-Implement schedule / policies / and group guidelines
\n-Lead projects as required
\n-Flexible to other tasks as priorities shift
\n-Responsible for GDP (Good documentation practices)
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n- Have a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.Bachelors Degree a plus!
\n- Bring 2-4 years of relevant work experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
\n- Possess strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite, with knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
\n- Flexibility to work a staggered work schedule covering Monday thru Sunday shifts
\n- Willingness to accommodate changes in the schedule including working in other shifts as per operational needs is required (late or early start)
\n- Strong computer skills and ability to utilize specialized software and customized programs to meet business needs
\n- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Practices (GxP) and experience with Inventory Management is a plus
\n-Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds (required)
