Job Title: Temporary Inventory Specialist

Employment Type: Temporary (Estimated 2–3 months)

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team in Mullica Hill, NJ, on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately tracking, organizing, and maintaining inventory records to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, count, and verify incoming inventory shipments.
• Accurately record inventory data in tracking systems.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain stockroom and storage areas for easy access and safety.
• Prepare and package items for shipment as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or stockroom experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Must be bilingual Spanish

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, full-time hours.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on workload.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay range: $22.00 – $26.00/hour, based on skills and experience.
• This is a temporary position and is not eligible for company benefits.
