Job Responsibilities Summary of Position Janitors will maintain cleanliness of the entire building and grounds. This position requires a high regard for safety at all times in performing any tasks associated with working for Harris Products Group. Works safely and supports safety within their team across the organization. Completes janitorial duties per assigned schedule and participates in team meetings. Responsibilities:

• Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobby, restrooms, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Empties all trash and transports it to the compactor.
• Washes walls, ceilings, doors, and woodwork.
• Washes windows and sills.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Replenishes all cleaning and bathroom supplies.
• Cleans, strips, and waxes floors.
• Operates floor cleaning machine.
• Picks up refuge from plant grounds.
• Shovels snow and salts walkways.
• Follows all written and verbal cleaning procedures.
• Operates material handling equipment, scissor lift and manipulating man lift when needed
• Communicates pertinent information to supervisor.
• Correctly fills our work orders and time sheets

Job Requirements Education and/or Experience Required - • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Preferred- One to two years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
