Entry-Level Jr. Maintenance Technician

$22 – $23 per hour DOE | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking an entry-level Jr. Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community in Vadnais Heights, MN. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property maintenance while working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with day-to-day apartment maintenance requests.
Perform basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and minor troubleshooting.
Support the maintenance team with unit turns and common area upkeep.
Ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and resident-ready.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
Must have your own basic tools .
Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
