We're currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our team and oversee daily kitchen operations with professionalism, discretion, and flair.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all kitchen operations, including food prep, line management, sanitation, and inventory.
  • Lead, train, and schedule kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service during regular service and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Develop menus in collaboration with the Executive Team, taking into account guest preferences, seasonal ingredients, and event themes.
  • Maintain food cost controls, manage inventory, and coordinate vendor orders.
  • Work closely with front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience in a unique, open-minded environment.
Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years culinary experience in a high-volume kitchen (resort or hospitality preferred).
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience leading a kitchen team.
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable and professional in an adult-oriented, sex-positive environment.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team! As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurants operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurants high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
  • Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
  • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
  • Create and maintain a food and beverage budget
  • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
  • Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
  • Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software
  • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
