Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Master Plumber to join the Masters Heating & Cooling team. Masters recognizes that demonstrating talent and skills right away should be rewarded.

*Enjoy a $5,000 sign on bonus, a competitive salary in the range or $90-$110,000 per year, plus bonuses! *

This role is pivotal in starting the plumbing line of business at Masters. It requires someone who is willing to be adaptable to the growing business needs and willingness to grow into a leadership role to mentor less experienced plumbers. It requires a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively with teams and customers in residential and light commercial sites.

*Responsibilities*

* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
* Perform pipe threading and assembly tasks as required for various projects.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in all plumbing tasks.
* Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move materials or equipment on construction sites.
* Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site, including electrical and HVAC technicians, to ensure project completion.
* Adhere to safety regulations and practices while working on construction sites.
* Provide maintenance person services as needed for minor repairs or remodeling tasks.

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in residential plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
* Masters Plumbing license or Contractor Plumbing license is required for this role.
* Valid driving license with an acceptable driving record.
* A background check is required.
