Based in Miami with occasional travel to the West Coast, this role blends concierge-level service, lifestyle logistics, and strategic executive support , requiring exceptional discretion, trend awareness, and a deep sense of loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar & Travel Management:
• Orchestrate complex, detail-rich schedules and multi-leg travel across personal and business domains.
• Lifestyle Logistics & Creative Support:
• Partner in executing the principals’ evolving lifestyle and creative direction with poise and precision.
• Purchasing & Personal Procurement:
• Source exclusive items, coordinate luxury gifting, and handle hard-to-find requests with taste and efficiency.
• Wellness & Medical Coordination:
• Manage wellness calendars, appointments, prescriptions, and practitioner logistics.
• Trend Monitoring & Lifestyle Research:
• Stay ahead of trends in fashion, food, design, hospitality, and wellness—offering curated suggestions aligned with the principals’ brand.
• Event & Social Planning Support:
• Coordinate elegant private gatherings and seasonal entertaining with creativity and attention to detail.
• Discretion & Service Excellence:
• Serve as a discreet, grounded professional presence with a genuine service heart and high emotional intelligence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5–7 years’ experience as a PA/EA in private service or luxury lifestyle settings
• Culturally fluent, aesthetically attuned, and highly organized
• Expert in managing multiple priorities and high-volume tasks with style and calm
• Loyal, intuitive, and confidential to the core
• Dog-friendly and unflinchingly flexible
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, Apple devices, online platforms)
