The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in Casa Fresca Homes’ growing Marketing department and is responsible for managing the company’s email, social media and enhancing our digital customer journey. The ideal candidate is creative, data driven, and detail oriented with a strong knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted email content and messaging
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns and customer journeys via Account Engagement
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and automation tools
• Craft compelling copy that drives engagement and conversions
• Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of email marketing campaign performance
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, best practices, and technologies
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
  • Develop and manage a content calendar across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging posts and campaigns that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and resident experiences.
  • Monitor, respond, and manage community conversations to build brand reputation.
  • Track analytics and optimize performance.
  • Graphic design for other outlets such as print (mailing, signage, etc.) and social
  • Assist with other job responsibilities within the Sales & Marketing Department as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or related field
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar design tools
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency with Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), Befree
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Additional Requirements

• This is an on-site position based in the Tampa Bay area and will require relocation if you are not currently located in the area. While the role is primarily in-person, there may be limited access to remote work at the discretion of management and based on business needs.
• This is an exempt role, which may require working more than eight hours per day.
• Being authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship is a precondition of employment.
