As a part of our Medical Office Receptionist/Assistant, your experience (minimum 2 years medical office experience) will be essential in working as a team to manage the front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication within the medical office. Your core skills in Ophthalmology office experience, electronic medical records, and administrative tasks will be vital in handling patient inquiries and data entry. With strong understanding of medical terminology and effective communication skills, you will facilitate patient interactions and support the healthcare team. Your ability to navigate multi-phone systems will enhance the efficiency of our office, contributing to a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.
