What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Handle incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices regarding medication and benefits inquiries
• Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner, escalating issues as necessary
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
• Provide exceptional customer service to callers
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Previous call center experience, particularly in the healthcare industry
• Experience working from home in a remote position
• Fluency in Spanish
• Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems
• Proven ability to multitask effectively
