Office Clerk / Receptionist
Location: Hato Rey
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Salary: $13.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are looking for a bilingual Office Clerk / Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, reception, or customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the reception area and direct incoming calls appropriately.
Coordinate the use of conference rooms.
Prepare and print official seals and documents.
Enter data, record expenses, and reconcile credit card statements.
Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed.
Provide support to the Human Resources Department.
Requirements:
Associate Degree or Bachelor
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
Experience in administrative, reception, or customer service roles.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, responsible, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
