Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging & Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. This full-time position is responsible for packaging products, preparing shipments, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized to ensure smooth daily operations.
No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first job or to gain hands-on experience in warehouse and packaging work.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging & Shipping
Package products according to company standards.
Label boxes, cartons, and pallets accurately.
Prepare shipping labels and required documentation.
Ensure all orders are packed, secured, and ready for dispatch.
Warehouse Operations
Load, unload, and move materials and finished goods.
Stock and organize raw materials, packaging supplies, and inventory.
Track and record inventory movements.
Monitor supply levels and alert management when restocking is needed.
General Support
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Assist with preparing fabric materials and other items for production as needed.
Perform other warehouse and packaging duties as required.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse/packaging experience helpful, but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Position Details
Full-time role (40 hours per week).
