Job Overview

The Pet Retail Store Leader is entrusted with ensuring the safety of both our associates and pets. You will lead the store team to provide excellent service, efficiently manage operations, and meet financial targets while embracing our core values and mission.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. People Leadership: Drive recruitment, mentoring, and coaching while fostering an open-door environment and responding to associate feedback.
2. Store Experience: Enhance the pet parent experience, ensuring safety and well-being of all pets in our care.
3. Operational Management: Oversee daily tasks, advocate for compliance with company standards, and manage store financial health.
4. Business Growth: Analyze store metrics, identify growth opportunities, and drive P&L success.

Your Qualifications

• 4-6 years of leadership experience in retail or customer service.
• Availability for full-time work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with computer applications and technology.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational ability with an eye for detail.

Work Environment

• Positions involve standing, walking, and occasionally lifting heavy items.
• Expect exposure to various elements, including live animals.
• Associates must occasionally navigate wet environments and moving equipment.
