ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direct supervision of Vice President of Clinical Strategy, assists in coordinating and supporting all clinical

strategy activities and projects in accordance with the established policies and standards as well as state and

federal regulations including HIPAA.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Current, active and in good standing Pharmacist Intern license in the state of employment.
• Successfully completed APPE or AE rotation at CSP.
• Must be proficient and efficient in independent remote work. Must have reliable internet and cell phone service.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Assists in preparing for:
  • Managed Care Business Reviews
  • Create and update cost grids using AWP, WAC and ASP
  • Pipeline presentations
  • Open Sales and Managed Care presentations
  • Pharmacists and nursing education
  • Enhanced clinical outreaches
  • Other presentations as needed.
• Assists in creating Clinical Strategy
• Assists in research and provide drug information as needed.
• Assist in coordination of APPE and AE students.
  • Projects
  • On boarding and ensure smooth transition.
• Assists in Educational Accreditation (CAPE, ACPE, BTN etc).
• Maintain clinical services related folders in TEAMs.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of contemporary specialty pharmacy practice and healthcare requirements.
• Strong clinical acumen in specialty pharmacy disease states (HCV, IVIG, MS, RA etc.)
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
