Professional Regulatory Affairs Raw Materials (m/f/d) Join to apply for the Professional Regulatory Affairs Raw Materials (m/f/d) role at RKW Group RKW is looking for a Regulatory Affairs – Raw Materials Specialist to ensure every raw material we use meets the highest legal and quality standards worldwide. In this role, you’ll be the key link between suppliers, purchasing, and sustainability teams, maintaining our raw materials database, ensuring EU REACH compliance, and keeping regulatory documentation accurate and complete. Your eye for detail will be central to monitoring changes in regulations, safeguarding compliance, and adding value to our products and clients. You’ll also train colleagues on raw material approval processes and work closely with regional and global teams — all while enjoying the flexibility to work remotely or hybrid from Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden, or Finland. Your role and responsibilities Take charge and maintain the RKW Raw Material Database, ensuring compliance of the RKW Raw Material portfolio Confirm and maintain EU REACH compliance, and similar regulations in other relevant regions Act as main regulatory contact with Suppliers, establishing NDAs, proactively collecting needed Raw Material information, following the changing regulatory environment In charge of the organization of Raw Material SDS and other important regulatory documentation Keep Raw Material SAP entries up-to-date Coordinate and monitor EU packaging registrations Work closely with the Sustainability Team and Quality colleagues, with increased recycling focus Provide trainings to colleagues regarding internal raw material approval processes Your profile and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in science (for example, chemistry, biochemistry, biology, food chemistry), IT, or relevant experience in the packaging/hygiene industry Happy to work in a collaborative, diverse and cross-functional team environment Inspired to develop creative and flexible processes to improve RKW raw material stewardship and coordinate packaging specific registrations Known for attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to organize and manage multiple processes/ databases and complete multiple tasks to meet deadlines Ability as a Self-starter, willingness to take initiative Very good knowledge of spoken and written English a must Open to travel for business What we offer Attractive salary: Competitive renumeration package in line with industry standards Pension scheme: Contribution to the company pension scheme Professional development: Opportunities for continuous training and professional development through courses, training programs and (language) courses Work-Life balance: Options for flexible working hours and remote work to support your work-life balance Intensive onboarding process including a Welcome Day Modern and global corporate culture: Flat hierarchies, promotion of innovative ideas and respectful collaboration in intercultural teams Benefits and discounts: Access to various employee discounts and special offers as well as the option to lease a job bike Health: Access to the myEAP advice page (personal support program for family, health, work and career) Interested in joining our team?
