A globally leading technology company is looking for a meticulous and hands-on Project Coordinator to serve as the organizational core of our product development and engineering team. Job Responsibilities:
• Sample & Library Management
- Track and manage physical samples throughout the development lifecycle.
- Organize and maintain the physical limit sample library for team reference.
• Equipment Management
- Coordinate routine calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
- Maintain equipment logs to ensure audit readiness and operational accuracy.
• Measurement & Technical Support
- Perform measurements on samples (color, gloss, texture) using tools such as OMM, Keyence, and spectrophotometers.
- Assist engineers with other technical testing and data collection.
• Data Entry & Visualization
- Log all technical measurement data with precision.
- Create basic charts and visualizations to support engineering insights and decision-making.
• Logistics & Inventory
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments of samples, parts, and equipment.
- Monitor lab supplies and maintain well-stocked and organized inventory.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support the Color MQE and Industrial Design (ID) teams with sample preparation for reviews and meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in a lab, workshop, or R&D environment in a coordination or technician capacity.
• Strong organizational skills in managing physical inventory or sample libraries.
• Proficiency in Excel or Numbers for data entry and basic chart creation.
• Hands-on experience with metrology tools (e.g., Keyence, OMM, spectrophotometers, gloss meters, calipers).
• Comfort with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, JMP, Power BI) for dashboards or reporting.
• Familiarity with color science, manufacturing, or quality engineering concepts.
• Ability to build clear, professional presentations in Keynote or PowerPoint.
