Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Testing Team supporting Consumer Credit Lending Technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive leadership, and a detail-oriented approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Pennington NJ, Plano TX, Charlotte NC, or Wilmington DE
What's the Job?- Lead and support sprints, team calls, and project updates across a large team of up to 100 members, including offshore and onshore members.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Excel (including VB scripting, lookups) and Tableau to track operating costs, shortfalls, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with senior leadership by reaching out to SVPs and MDs to gather updates, drive accountability, and ensure alignment on macro-level initiatives.
- Own and manage Jira boards, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot issues, host calls, and take full ownership of project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
What's Needed?- Advanced Excel skills, including VB scripting, macros, and lookups.
- Strong numerical and financial acumen-comfortable analyzing operating costs and identifying shortfalls.
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau and Excel.
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills-able to interface confidently with senior leadership.
