Job Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and delivering technology projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks while driving delivery excellence and business value. This role is based in Tampines . Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource constraints. Assess project dependencies, risks, and gaps; conduct cost-benefit analyses and adjust plans as needed to maintain business value. Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including reviews, governance, and adherence to organizational policies. Act as the central liaison between internal teams, business users, vendors, and external partners. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, backlog refinement) while maintaining overall project governance and reporting. Oversee project resourcing, including manpower planning, vendor coordination, and workload allocation. Support issue resolution and conflict management through facilitation, problem-solving, and escalation handling. Lead, coach, and mentor project team members, supporting professional growth and performance development. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including 5 years in project management. Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects end-to-end. Track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget, preferably across both vendor and end-user environments. PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous. Good leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills. Excellent communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
