The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts and uphold our reputation for precision. As our Quality Manager, you’ll ensure our products meet the highest standards while driving continuous improvement. 

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and maintain our ISO 9001:2015-compliant Quality Management System (QMS).

• Develop and implement quality control processes for manufacturing operations, including laser cutting, CNC milling, and welding.

• Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to ensure product quality and compliance with customer specifications.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and design teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

• Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and best practices.

• Manage documentation, certifications, and customer quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–8+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in metal fabrication or manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality control processes.

• Experience with quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, SPC, FMEA) and inspection techniques.

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using quality management software.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to lead and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

• Experience with CNC machining, laser cutting, or welding processes is a plus.
